For our July 2022 Free Education we were joined by the expert clinician and trainer Dr George Moncrieff, he discussed how the dermatoscope can elevate your skin clinic. We also had a presentation from Barco the makers of the Demetra digital dermatoscope device.

Did you know that there are only 250 specialist dermatology GPs in the UK?
All of whom use a dermatoscope to analyse the skin.
That means that most GPs don't have access nor use a dermatoscope when it comes to assessing skin conditions.
That's why we recommend all our pharmacist prescribers who are setting up their skin clinic to use this essential bit of kit in their clinics.
He covered what a dermatoscope is, why it's so important, what it can help you achieve and how it will elevate your skin clinic, and your expertise in dermatology.
